I have proven strategic programs & marketing campaigns/techniques in order to determine the home's competitive market price.  I act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales. I maintains knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs to help first time home  buyers, vets, and investors.  I make sure you receive the best financing options available in the current market.

Services 2. Rental

My priority is to find qualified tenants as soon as possible so the owners can enjoy their lives not worrying about their properties while we are taking care of them. One the most important areas that I concentrate on is providing accurate and timely record keeping and financial reporting to the owners. I transfer rent payments to owner's account no later than the next couple business days.  I value my relationships with all my clients and immediate responsiveness the most! I have a full-time staff available and I may be contacted 24/7 for emergency matters and you hardly have to leave a voice message - I answer my client's texts even on weekends!
